Overview
Presented by the Latin Business Association Institute
(LBAI), the Latino Leadership Program comprises
a one-day workshop designed specifically for Latino
managers in small to medium-sized enterprises.
The workshop emphasizes the development of Latino
leadership skills and understanding based on application
of the principles of management developed by Dr.
Peter F. Drucker - widely recognized as the Father
of Modern Management.
This Program is designed for presentation onsite
in the host organization's venue. It is designed
for a group with a minimum number of 10 participants
and a maximum number of 20 participants.
Deliverables
The Program involves participants in an intensive
learning experience with hands-on application
in both individual and peer group activities.
Workshop participants will leave having individually
developed the first draft of a customized business
plan for both their organizations and themselves
as individual leaders.
Content
The day long program can be tailored to meet the
specific needs of individual organizations: for
example, preparing for the implementation of new
technology; developing a new business plan; mapping
internal business processes; etc. The basic Program
is organized around the following six core topics:

2. The Theory of the Business - the Self-Assessment
Process
3. Leadership and Vision
4. Leadership and Strategy
5. Leading Change
6. Managing Oneself
