A Focus on Performance Improvement

The LBAI Business Leadership Center (BLC) is dedicated to providing solutions that satisfy business challenges. Through performance improvement we help companies achieve and document increases in profitability, productivity, the reduction of cycle time, time to market, waste, and other critical business goals. We seek to offset training costs by assisting Latino businesses to obtain California Employment Training Panel (ETP) funds.

BLC staff assist organizations throughout the planning and implementation of training. We assign experienced staff to conduct a comprehensive assessment, and develop a training plan, implementation schedule, budget, and cash-flow projections. We evaluate the results of your training every year using an established best practice return-on-investment (ROI) document. LBA members begin this process by completing the Request for Service form.
